§ 1 General Terms, Scope
1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all our business relationships with our customers. Additional GTC apply to our online shop.

2 Our GTC apply exclusively. Deviating, conflicting, or supplementary GTC from the customer will only become part of the contract if we have explicitly agreed to their applicability in writing.

§ 2 Offers
1 Our offers are non-binding and without obligation.

§ 3 Appointments, Treatments
1 Treatments are provided upon request and by appointment to all legally competent persons over 18 years of age. For persons under 18, consent from a legal guardian is required.

2 Appointments agreed upon verbally or in writing are binding. Appointment requests via email, online booking tool, or contact form on our website become binding only with our phone or written confirmation.

3 If the customer does not show up for the agreed treatment appointment and does not cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance, we are entitled to charge for the appointment. The customer has no claim to compensation. In case of late arrival, there is a claim to treatment only for the remaining time of the originally agreed treatment duration. We are also entitled to charge for the full treatment time. If we are unable to keep an appointment, we are entitled to reschedule the appointment at short notice or withdraw from the contract. We will make every effort to inform the customer as soon as possible, provided the address and contact details allow for timely communication.

§ 4 Prices
1 Our offers are non-binding, and prices are subject to change. Unless otherwise agreed, the current prices on our homepage at the time of treatment apply.

§ 5 Payment
1 Treatment costs are to be paid immediately after the completion of the respective treatment. Subscriptions and vouchers are to be paid for at the time of purchase. The customer has the option to pay in cash, by debit or credit card, TWINT, or on account (Klarna).

§ 6 Subscriptions and Vouchers
1 Subscriptions and vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. All treatments must be received within this period, or the entire balance must be used within this period. After that, all claims expire. In case of pregnancy, illness, or accident, the validity period of the subscription or voucher can be suspended.

2 In the case of cancellation of subscriptions, the previous treatments will be charged at the full price without promotional discount, and the remaining amount will be refunded as a product or treatment voucher. Cash refunds for unused treatments or remaining balances are excluded.

3 Vouchers are valid for all individual treatments and sales products in our branches; they cannot be combined with other discount promotions. Subscriptions and vouchers cannot be purchased with another voucher.

4 Subscriptions and vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

§ 7 Warranty
1 We do not guarantee results but ensure that the customer is advised, assessed, and treated by us to the best of our knowledge and belief. We provide our services with the utmost care. Treatment results and products can vary due to individual skin conditions, and so can treatment success. Despite expertise and all precautionary measures, injuries or skin reactions cannot be ruled out during treatment. Therefore, no guarantee can be given regarding compatibility and success. This is particularly true if questions in the preliminary discussion were not answered adequately or truthfully by the customer. Participation in the cosmetic treatment is at the customer's own risk.

2 Obvious treatment defects must be reported immediately, and no later than within three calendar days in writing; otherwise, warranty rights are excluded.

3 For products, there is only a right to return and exchange if they are damaged.

§ 8 Liability
1 Liability is limited to gross negligence and intentional conduct. The accuracy of customer information for a successful treatment is absolutely decisive. We are not liable for incorrect and/or not applicable information or the withholding of information. Liability is excluded if the customer does not follow the treatment instructions, recommendations, treatment preparation, and aftercare. Liability for late effects is excluded, as far as they are not known at present. Claims for damages must be made in writing immediately and expire after three months from the treatment if not asserted within this period.

§ 9 Newsletter
1 If the customer purchases our services or products and provides their email address and/or phone number, this information may subsequently be used by us for sending information about similar goods or services. In such cases, the newsletter will only send direct advertising for our own similar goods or services. Unsubscribing is possible at any time via email.

§ 10 Intellectual Property & Copyright
1 The content, texts, and images on www.venus-beauty.ch, shop.venus-beauty.ch, Facebook, and Instagram are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any use requires our prior written consent.

§ 11 Final Provisions
1 We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions.

2 The website and online shop have been compiled with the utmost care. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee the error-free and accurate information provided and exclude any liability for damages arising directly or indirectly from their use.

§ 12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
1 Swiss law is exclusively applicable. The place of jurisdiction is Winterthur.
