difference. During my treatments, the handheld device broke twice and I was unable to complete the treatment. I also had three different ladies who lasered me. I am very disappointed because I was hoping that I would be hair-free, unfortunately without success. But the employees were always decent and gave their best. I think it has more to do with the device or the attitude than with the employees.

the confirmation and phone call were a bit confusing. On the first appointment, the conversation was held and an explanation was given and the confusion was cleared up. The treatment was flawless and was very pleasant. I immediately made the next appointments and am already looking forward to the next treatments

not a clean/good job. The penetrating telephone marketing is an absolute disgrace. I haven't entered a studio since last summer and have asked several times by phone to delete my number from the mailing list. Nevertheless, I keep receiving duplicate and triplicate advertising text messages, even though I have now blocked more than 20 Venus Beauty numbers! Just annoying and unprofessional.

6 hair laser treatments and took a break because of the summer. Now my hair has grown back normally. Years ago I had a treatment and had to take a break because I moved. Back then, after just one treatment, I had much less hair growth for 2 months than I do now after 6 treatments. Friends of mine who were there also experienced exactly the same thing. So, I wouldn't recommend it.

friendly and her technique is extremely comfortable (zero pain). After 7 treatments, my armpit hair is almost all gone. Since I have light leg hair, it's a little less effective, but I was also warned/informed. Nevertheless, they have become much finer. Just needs more sessions. Price/performance is right in my opinion.

as the laser work is rather poor and rushed. I've had my skin burned and hurt my eyes more than once. Employees don't stay long. It's a revolving door of employees coming and going, honestly! The tech is NOT state of the art, they use old Laser devices. Unfortunately, the head office rarely schedules enough time for the laser appointments. As a customer I don't feel well treated or like they're careful with my skin. I can only speak for the employees I had contact with. I'll use up the rest of my subscription and find another place where customers are treated professionally and competently.

disrespectful and when I was there no one was interested in getting a lash lift. The materials were so bad that my eye reacted immediately, even though I had it done many times elsewhere and had no problems. And she wanted to send me away because she said your eyelashes don't stick. I ran away from there. It is very sad and shameful that people who do not know their profession work in such a well-known center!!!!
